The Harpenden Portable Stadiometer is a counter recording height measure with an effortless counter balanced movement offering an accurate and direct reading of patient height to the nearest millimetre. The main frame and carry case of this instrument are rigidly made of light alloy angle. The stadiometer head block operatres via miniature ball bearing rollers that ensure a movement that is free yet without cross play. It is the stadiometer of choice for many field type research studies. All of the components dismantle and fit inside the strong carry case that doubles as a base for the assembled unit.
